ALLAN MAKSYMEC

President

Allan Maksymec is a co-founder of Strategic Asset Management S.A. Over the past decade, he has enjoyed senior private banking positions with some of Geneva’s largest international banks, including HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA and UBS AG. Most recently, Allan was Head of the North American desk at HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA.

Allan holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and was inducted into the National Political Science Honor Society for International Studies (Pi Sigma Alpha). He has also received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta, Canada and an Advanced Diploma in Commodities Trading from the University of Geneva.

MICHAEL KLOSOWSKI

Michael is a partner at Strategic Asset Management SA. His 25 years in banking and finance has included roles as an equity analyst, private equity fund manager and private banker with institutions including BNP Paribas, Citi Private Bank and Julius Baer.

Michael understands entrepreneurs and has built several businesses himself along the way in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. He has also consulted on foreign investment for various levels of government including: the Government of Canada, the State of Colorado and the City of Denver.

Michael completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Toronto (Trinity College) and received a Masters of Science in Economics  from the London School of Economics, UK.

JUSTYNA JACKHOLT

Justyna is a partner at Strategic Asset Management SA. As a Senior Private Banker she has helped High Net Worth Individuals manage their finances for two decades, having worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Pekao SA, Clariden Leu, Royal Bank of Canada, Barclays and most recently Mirabaud. Throughout her career, Justyna facilitated corporate transactions, real estate development projects and connected capital with opportunity. She has Executive MBA from Katz Business School in Pittsburgh, USA and MA in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster in London, UK. Justyna is also an Associate of Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
